John F. Tolson, Jr.
John has been helping clients for over four decades to resolve their complicated legal issues. John received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Law School in 1972. He went on to establish Tolson & Associates, P.A., in 1993, where he focuses on providing thorough and effective legal representation in the areas of estate planning, probate, tax law and real estate.
In dealing with real estate titles, John has taken special training to help clients deal with the IRS. His training consisted of two weeks of concentrated study presented by the U.S. Tax Service and an additional 30 hours of self-directed training at his office.
John is a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, an association of lawyers and CPAs that specialize in IRS work. In an effort to continually develop his legal knowledge, he routinely attends annual estate planning bar seminars.
