Estate Planning

No matter how much or how little you own, establishing an estate plan will be one of the best decisions you will make in your life. An estate plan goes far beyond what you have in the bank — it can ultimately help your family members avoid legal and financial problems in the future.

Helping You Protect Your Property And Effectively Prepare For The Future

Based in Orange Park, Tolson & Associates, P.A., has been assisting families in the Jacksonville metro area and throughout Florida since 1993. We can help you effectively prepare for the future by creating a thorough estate plan, whether you have a limited or fixed income or you own a significant estate.

Our firm is led by Jacksonville estate planning attorney John F. Tolson. For the last 20 years, he has been helping clients understand that estate plans can not only ensure their assets are properly handed over to their beneficiaries at their death but also provide protection of their assets from their creditors while they are alive.
